but it is also more than that. Anyone who knows me as an SEO writer knows that I love entities – i.e. I love the idea of entity metrics and Google calculations. I won’t go into all the details here, although I did write about the patent ranking search results based on entity metrics in January for those who want to know more. All that’s important to understand, for our purposes, is that Google takes signals to determine what things are, what they relate to, and how important/relevant they are.
